Our Capabilities

We are an AS9100 machine shop that is located approximately 40 miles west of Chicago with over 80 CNC machines consisting of lathes (42), horizontal mills (20), 7 vertical mills, 5-axis mills (3), grinders (1) and wire EDM (1) along with Zeiss CMMs (2) and Faro arms (2) for inspection. We can handle parts ranging in size from ½” – 60” diameter on a lathe and roughly a 3’ cube on the mills but can go larger depending on exact part features. We also machine exotic materials including but not limited to; Monel, Inconel, Titanium, Stellite, Duplex, and Hastelloy on a regular basis. We enjoy exotic material. We are looking for larger volume parts per month. In the 100-300 range per month would be great. We would prefer parts In the defense, medical , and aerospace fields. The industry we would prefer to stay out of would be AUTOMOTIVE.
