VALVE HANDLES

Valve handles are used to shut off or turn on the flow of liquid (such as those found in the Oil refining, petroleum, Natural gas or Refining industries) through a valve, pipe, or aperture.

Valve handles have to meet the efficiency requirements for human-machine collaboration. They are made as required, to suit the size requirements, the type of model and the specified thread-type. The valve handle size will depend on the specifications of the valve, which determines the type of handle required. Lever handles are standard for ball valves.

Valve handles can be made from different types of material which include:

  • Galvanized carbon steel.
  • Bronze Ball Valve with Stainless Steel Handle lock device.
  • Mini Brass Ball Valve with Chrome Plating and Aluminum Handle.
  • Ball Valve with Steel Handle, made of Brass.
  • Brass Valve, stop Cock forged Body and Brass Handle.
  • Brass Gas Ball Valve with Aluminum Handle.
  • Gate valve with a Brass Gate Valve, Solder End and a cast Iron Handle.
  • Forged Brass Ball Valve with Butterfly Handle.
  • Brass Ball Valve with Drain Steel or Butterfly Handle.

Valve handle types range from one piece Valve Handles, two piece and three piece valve handles, Oval Valve Handles, Butterfly Valve Handles, Ball Valve Handles, Carbon Steel Valve Handles and Stainless Steel Valve Handles and Aluminum Handle.

There are several types of valves that use handles and these include:

  • Screwed Bodies & Flange Type Valve Bodies will use levers or handles.
  • Bonnets & Compressors for diaphragm Valves use handles or levers.
  • Ball Valve Levers made from a yielding type of Iron.
  • T-handle
  • Key handle
  • Four way silcock key
  • Faucet handle
  • Standard valve handle
  • Hose bibb T-handle.

Valve handles and other devices used for on/off locking, are essential parts in applications used in the production process for hydraulic systems and the control of flow in industries like the Oil refining, petroleum, Natural gas and Refining industries.

Fluid system components that feature control valve handles include:

  • Isolation and shut-off valves
  • Regulating valves
  • Hydraulic equipment
  • Pneumatic equipment
