VALVE BRACKETS
A valve bracket is used in automatic controllers. The size of the brackets can be standard, to allow its use on most valves, but the brackets can be made to specification and designed as required by the client.
Valve Brackets house the tension screws that affix the Valve Brackets to the casing or support of the valve. The benefits of brackets may be measured by their resistance to corrosion and their ease of assembly. A valve Bracket is normally made of stainless steel, but carbon steel that has been galvanized or covered with a special paint can also be used and brackets can also be zinc-plated.
Valve Brackets can also be made of non-corrosive materials such as specially developed polymers and plastics. These brackets have several advantages; they are not susceptible to corrosion and their cost is low compared to other types of material. They are efficient and are easy to install, which reduces time and effort.
Valve Brackets are usually made for ease of assembly and combine efficient design with strength which allows a greater range of capabilities. They are designed to offer optimum performance and durability and to cope with high temperatures. Their fabrication and adaptability of design present solutions for almost all applications where valves are used.
