Ballco Manufacturing maintains a strict Quality program in accordance with ISO 9001-2000. We have a state of the art Quality Laboratory with multiple CMM’s, Optical Comparator, alloy analyzer.
Manufacturing Operations
Our newly expanded 80,000 square foot facility contains the latest machine and inspection technology available. Our machining centers feature Renishaw probes that guarantee part accuracy.
Machined Products
We can machine ball valves from ½" – 60" OD and bodies up to 60" OD including but not limited to ball, butterfly, Trunnion, and check valves. Other machined components include; valve end connects, seats, flanges, stems, glands, retainers, closures, carriers, bonnets, bushings, brackets, handles and so much more.
